1. Agreement
By accessing or using GetMeViews ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
GetMeViews provides public TikTok trend insights and analysis for solo creators. You may enter a TikTok username to receive a snapshot and processing status; you may optionally create an account, claim your TikTok profile via OAuth, earn points (e.g. through referrals and usage), and redeem points via GCash subject to our cashout rules.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up or redeeming rewards.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) submit false or misleading information or impersonate others; (c) abuse referral or points systems (e.g. fake accounts, fraud); (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (e) scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems without permission; or (f) use the Service in a way that harms TikTok, other users, or GetMeViews. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Points and Cashouts
Points, levels, and cashout eligibility are governed by our leveling and cashout rules (e.g. minimum 500 points, GCash only). We reserve the right to modify caps, rates, or cashout terms. Cashouts are processed in good faith; we may refuse or reverse payouts if we detect fraud or abuse. You are responsible for providing correct GCash details; we are not liable for payouts sent to incorrect details due to your error.
6. TikTok and Third-Party Services
Our Service uses TikTok's platform and OAuth. Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's terms and policies. We are not affiliated with TikTok and are not responsible for TikTok's actions, availability, or data practices. Other third-party services (e.g. hosting, analytics) have their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
GetMeViews and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or resell our service or content without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy of trend data, analysis, or ETAs. Insights are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional or financial advice. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMeViews and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
